what's the target age of the game?

when looking up CoH2 on Steam and as well when entering the CoH2 forums here you need to enter an age over 18 but that doesn't mean that it is only for age 18 so why do i have to have in game shouts from the units of total "trash talk"?
some people might like it but others may not, so my suggestion is that there should be an optional patch that avoids the game to shout those trash talk sentences.
