Game automatically close

Hey guys,i need help, whenever i open COH2 and go to the loading screen,the game will automatically close,and it keep happening.i have to restart my pc and i can only open COH2 once then close it back and open it again and this bug keep happening.

i make them easier to understand

Open PC>Start Coh2>Play>Close Coh 2(rest a while)>Open Coh2>Can't open>Restart PC>Start Coh2>Play>Close and it keep happening the same infinite loop
